Mary Flanagan has written or edited five books and writes across genres including essays, poetry, fiction, and opinion pieces for USA Today, Huffington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, and more. She was recently a Museum Scholar at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles. She has exhibited artwork at the Whitney Museum of American Art, The Guggenheim, and ZKM Germany. She is also the Sherman Fairchild Professor of Digital Humanities at Dartmouth College.
