Novels have always gripped me and writing has always been a way for me to process my thoughts and feelings about the world around me. My hobbies include reading, writing, playing video games, creating art, gardening, and playing music.

How did it feel when you first saw your book cover? Or when you first held your book in your hands?
Atmosphere Press truly gave me so many good options, but when I saw the cover with the mosaic, I knew that was the one! Holding the first real copy was incredibly surreal and magical and made all of the challenges worth it!
What other professions have you worked in? What’s something about you that your readers wouldn’t know?
I am a huge advocate for children and those who are disabled—I genuinely have a heart for those who may not be able to help themselves. Therefore, I have provided care for the elderly and those with special needs, I have been a childcare provider, and I have a background in Early Childhood Education.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from reading your book? How do you envision your perfect reader?
I want to inspire my readers to think, to contemplate the things in this world and how they are not always what they seem. Sometimes the truth is hidden; however, it is there, for those of us who are willing to search for it.
What new writing projects are you currently working on? Or, other projects that are not writing?
I am currently working on the sequel to Where Destiny Decides. However, when I need a break from fantasy, I have a dystopian novel that I work on, as well as a novel that involves time travel.
How was working with Atmosphere Press? What would you tell other writers who want to publish?
Atmosphere Press was absolutely fantastic. I loved my editor and my entire team. Each part was exciting, rewarding, and special.
