Tell us the story of your book’s title. Was it easy to find, or did it take forever?
Unraveling DNA is the subject of the book and it takes on greater meaning as the best-laid plans can also unravel.
How did it feel when you first saw your book cover? Or when you first held your book in your hands?
It was awesome! Atmosphere Press has such a talented team led by Nick Courtright!
Who/what made you want to write? Was there a particular person, or particular writers/works/art forms that influenced you?
As a successful author in the self-help and business genre, my dream was to write fiction.
What other professions have you worked in? What’s something about you that your readers wouldn’t know?
For a number of years, I was a Fortune 500 senior leader, and I love developing people and teams, but fiction writing is a passion.
What was the most rewarding/meaningful part of publishing your book?
The feedback from those that have read Unraveled has been amazing. The sequel is underway and I am finishing another novel called The Drawing.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from reading your book? How do you envision your perfect reader?
The premise of my science fiction novel is feasible and love stories can happen anywhere.
What new writing projects are you currently working on? Or, other projects that are not writing?
The Drawing is near completion. It is a novel about the untold story of the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
How was working with Atmosphere Press? What would you tell other writers who want to publish?
It was wonderful and I am recommending it to my friends.
