This is the vow that lingers on the lips of the surviving Men of Aro, a warrior nation now teetering on the edge of extinction after a supernatural horde destroyed their once impenetrable fortress.

Lyah was born the day the walls fell. Raised in the shadow of her families divine lineage and among a people fractured by survivor’s guilt, she longs to prove she is more than just the unremarkable daughter of Aro’s blessed First Sons.
