Christopher Michael Link, a now-fifty-year-old male, was born in Gary, Indiana to Italian-American parents. In his early years, he enjoyed reading and writing and excelled in the sport of wrestling for four years. Graduation came in 1992 and he attended college at the University of Vincennes in Vincennes, IN, for a two-year associate degree until 1994. He studied Tool and Die as a major with courses in creative writing and business. After a short stent working as a Tool and Die machinist in Indiana, the life path shifted, and Chris moved to Jacksonville, FL, to pursue a new career in the Flooring Industry working as a Hardwood Floor Technician.
Still living in Jacksonville, further education for Chris has been in the form of success mentoring/self-education, seminars, and online business training. He began writing his debut book in 2016 following a personal/spiritual awakening experience. This has led Chris to a new-found life purpose with a passion for spiritual/creative book writing in order to be in service to others. His literary work is in the non-fiction genre and has a spiritual base to it. The writing style is very unique and original. He calls this particular style “Visionary Spirituality.”
When Chris is not writing, his other interests include a love for music and he has a plan to pursue musicianship as a drummer with hopes to play and perform music with others. He is also pursuing further education to become a Spiritual Life Coach. The goal of Christopher Link with his spiritual book writing and other writings and teachings is to assist as many people as possible to realize their own spiritual selves and personal magnificence.

Who/what made you want to write? Was there a particular person, or particular writers/works/art forms that influenced you?
I decided to finally sit down and write my own book after my mentor, Dr. Leonard Coldwell brought me out of my shell. I talk about him in my book, he inspired me to bring out the Champion in myself through his success seminars that I attended. I did not really realize my creative writing talent let alone passion for it until this time.
What inspired you to start writing this book?
I was finally inspired to write my book after I had a personal spiritual awakening experience. I wanted to change my life path to be in service to others through my writing as much as possible. I wanted to inspire others with my personal story along with the spiritual knowledge that I was learning.
Tell us the story of your book’s title. Was it easy to find, or did it take forever?
The book’s title came pretty fast and easy, as it beautifully captures the whole book’s essence. It signifies exactly what is transpiring now on our planet. It also represents the collective forward movement and a guide for personal transition.
If your book had a soundtrack, what are some songs that would be on it?
This is an interesting question because I love music, especially high energy music like Hard Rock/Metal. It would probably take me a while to narrow it down. I would pick songs that have to do with self-empowerment, inspirational, stimulating and fun—just like the book! For example, one good one comes to mind that I heard recently: “To Hell with the Devil” by Stryper.
Describe your dream book cover.
Working on the first book cover with my publisher was set to be grand but there were not a ton of details. For book two, I plan on a lot of details going into it that once again portrays the New Earth that we are moving into. I want book two’s cover to also express my level of spirituality and growth. It will be very colorful and opulent.
What other professions have you worked in? What’s something about you that your readers wouldn’t know?
Besides the construction trades I really have not been involved with other professions. My second love after writing is music and I am a drummer, but I am still practicing/learning with hopes to reach a professional level someday soon.
What books did you read (for research or comfort) throughout your writing process?
I have a lot of books that I recommend in my book where I learned a lot from them, in terms of what assisted me with personal and spiritual growth.
Gregg Braden – The God Code; The Divine Matrix
Dolores Cannon – The Convoluted Universe series; The Three Waves of Volunteers
Napolean Hill – Think and Grow Rich; The Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons
And many more of this nature for spiritual knowledge/personal self-realization.
What is one thing you hope readers take away from reading your book? How do you envision your perfect reader?
I for one have never been good at persuading people of/for anything and it is not my goal to do so. It is my hope that the reader recognizes my pure intention to truly be of service to them through my writing in any way that organically resonates with them. I set up the book to be kind of a one stop shop, so people can find what they are looking for/interested in without having to sift through all kinds of junk.
