Expressing with Ease: An Interview with Indrani Fausch, author of Heartfelt Living and Dying

Indrani Fausch 1

I was born in Sri Lanka, moved to England at the age of 18, and studied Nursing and Midwifery. Later, I studied Classical Homeopathy and Hakomi Therapy. My interest in Buddhism and Advaita Vedanta brought me in touch with the Spirit.

Tell us the story of your book’s title. Was it easy to find, or did it take forever?

The title of my book was given to me through contemplation. As I was writing about living, being, and dying, the title was easy to find. At the time of writing, there was a family member who was seriously ill and facing death.

How did it feel when you first saw your book cover? Or when you first held your book in your hands?

It was a great feeling to hold my own book in my hands. Most of my friends told me that they had this very special feeling holding the book in their hands before they started to read.

Who/what made you want to write? Was there a particular person, or particular writers/works/art forms that influenced you?

I joined a group of writers during the early stages of Covid, which inspired me to continue to write.

What other professions have you worked in? What’s something about you that your readers wouldn’t know?

I am a nurse and a midwife who studies Homeopathy and Hakomi therapy.

What was the most rewarding/meaningful part of publishing your book?

The most meaningful part of publishing the book was to be able to share what was being expressed through me.

What is one thing you hope readers take away from reading your book? How do you envision your perfect reader?

It would be great if the readers would interest themselves in Non-Duality.

What new writing projects are you currently working on? Or, other projects that are not writing?

I am working on teaching women to overcome their midlife crises with ease.

How was working with Atmosphere Press? What would you tell other writers who want to publish?

I always recommend Atmosphere Press to all my friends who want to publish.
