That’s what Summer Black Friday is for, and with it comes $500 off any new book contract, upgrade on an existing contract, or extra service such as audiobook, author website, or Social Media Pro! Whether you’re ready to publish or ready to build more around your book, this is a chance to move forward with intention. Offer ends May 31st.

For new publication packages, the $500 discount is applied across payments as $200 off the first payment, $200 off the second payment, and $100 off the final payment. For all other eligible products, the discount is split evenly across two payments (upgrade, audiobook, author website), or one payment (Social Media Pro).

 

For any of the options, if you choose to pay the full amount upfront, the entire $500 discount will be applied immediately.

This promotion does apply to upgrades on existing contracts. That means you can go from Essential to Flagship/Enterprise or from Flagship to Enterprise for $500 off the normal difference in package price. It also means that author with older contracts can upgrade to the Premium package listed in your contract for $500 off.

 

The equation for the cost of an upgrade can be a little tricky, but it’s the cost of the desired package minus the cost of your current package minus any discounting you received on your current package minus this $500 discount. We know that can be a bit tough to calculate, so please reach out if you need assistance!

This sale cannot be applied to discounts on existing contracts or to products priced under $2,000, such as hardcover add-ons, book trailers, or award submissions. While we’d love to offer the discount on everything, we’re granting it in as many places as we can!

To receive the $500 discount, you must make the full first payment on the product in question. A deposit alone does not secure the discount, even if your project is not yet ready to begin. That means that for new book contracts you must pay 1/3 of the contract amount to earn the discount, while for audiobook/author website/upgrades you must pay 1/2, and for Social Media Pro the full payment is due up front.

If you are currently on a Partial Payment plan, you may still qualify for the discount only if you pay now to officially get your project started. This is the only situation in which someone who has already made a payment toward a new book contract can receive this offer.
